Any franchised Ford or Lincoln dealer can look up the factory build record from the VIN in the manufacturer's system. Many will print or email it on request, sometimes for free and sometimes for a small fee. Call the service desk rather than sales.
Check the original paperwork
The original window sticker (Monroney label), purchase contract or dealer invoice lists factory options and packages. Sellers often keep it in the glovebox or manual wallet.
