Hyundai's window-sticker service

Hyundai's Monroney-label endpoint. Other sites report it works in a normal browser for roughly 2014-and-newer vehicles. It blocks automated requests, so on 2026-10-17 we could not verify it ourselves (HTTP 403). Treat it as "try it".

The link pattern is prevapp.hyundaiusa.com/DealerExternalService.svc/Monroney/pdf/GetMonroneyLabelPDF?VIN=YOURVIN. Enter your VIN above and we'll build the link and check whether Hyundai has your car on file.

If the sticker isn’t on file

  1. Ask a Hyundai or Genesis dealer's service desk

Any franchised Hyundai or Genesis dealer can look up the factory build record from the VIN in the manufacturer's system. Many will print or email it on request, sometimes for free and sometimes for a small fee. Call the service desk rather than sales.

  2. Check the original paperwork

The original window sticker (Monroney label), purchase contract or dealer invoice lists factory options and packages. Sellers often keep it in the glovebox or manual wallet.

  3. Start from the trim

Hyundai builds most US cars in fixed trim levels with a few packages, so the trim decoded from the VIN (above, when NHTSA has it) already describes most of the equipment. Dealer- or port-installed accessories are not encoded in the VIN and may not be on any factory record.

  4. Buying? Pair it with a history report

A build sheet tells you how the car left the factory. Title brands, accidents and odometer records are a separate check: a vehicle history report (NMVTIS-backed) covers those.

FAQ

Can I see my Genesis's options from the VIN?

Not from the VIN itself. It encodes the model, year, plant and (sometimes) trim, but not individual options. Hyundai has a window-sticker endpoint that reportedly works in a normal browser. We could not verify it, so the dealer is the dependable route.

Is there an official Genesis window sticker lookup?

Hyundai's Monroney-label endpoint. Other sites report it works in a normal browser for roughly 2014-and-newer vehicles. It blocks automated requests, so on 2026-10-17 we could not verify it ourselves (HTTP 403). Treat it as "try it".
